This high-performance floor cleaner concentrate delivers deep cleaning power on sealed hard floors, breaking down built-up grime while drying quickly and evenly. Floors are left visibly cleaner, streak-free, and refreshed—with no sticky residue. A small amount mixes into gallons of ready-to-use solution for consistent, repeatable results.

per 1 gallon of warm water
This is designed so you only have to mop your floors once. If you find there are too many bubbles left after mopping, you may want to reduce the amount of concentrate in your mixture.
After cleaning, you may experience a subtle, pleasant scent that fades quickly. This is due to the naturally-derived cleaning agents in our formula.
High-Purity Water • charcoal-filtered, reverse osmosis, UV-sanitized
Coco-Glucoside • A plant-derived, biodegradable surfactant. It is mild and safe for sensitive skin.
Caprylyl Capryl Glucoside • A biodegradable plant-based surfactant with mild chemistry and sensitive skin compatibility.
Alcohol (Ethyl) • Speeds drying.
Sodium Gluconate • Mineral based. Helps grab and remove metals.
Sodium Citrate
Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol• preservatives used sparingly, prevents bacteria from growing in container)
Citric Acid • Plant-based. Neutralizes PH.

How It Works
The formula uses plant-derived surfactants to penetrate and loosen soils, then encapsulate debris so it can be easily removed during mopping. Unlike many conventional floor cleaners, it rinses completely without leaving behind residue that attracts new dirt or dulls surface finishes. This makes it ideal for routine maintenance as well as deeper cleaning cycles.
Mixing & Usage Instructions
- Standard mop bucket: Dilute up to 6 oz of concentrate per 1 gallon of warm water
- Spray or mop reservoir systems: Use approximately 0.5 oz of concentrate and fill with warm water
- Light maintenance cleaning: Reduce dilution as needed for lightly soiled floors
Designed to clean effectively in a single pass. Excess foam indicates overuse and can be reduced for optimal performance.

Initially, I used the Black Burnishing Pad, but later realized that a brush works better on the concrete surface. Next, I plan to use it to wax the house floors. I hope it works just as well.
