Refund policy

At JKE USA, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our full return policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, refunds, and restocking fees are handled.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be unused

  • Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.


3. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization

  • Instructions on where and how to ship your item

Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can:

  • Evaluate the issue

  • File any necessary carrier claims

  • Arrange a replacement or corrective action

We will always make it right for issues caused by shipping damage or fulfillment errors.


5. Equipment Returns & Restocking Fees

Large equipment—such as:

  • CRB machines

  • OP machines

  • Extractors

  • Stair tools

  • Electric & battery sprayers

may be returned only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

For equipment that is returned for reasons other than defect or damage, a
15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and administrative costs.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used equipment

  • Chemicals, detergents, or liquids that have been opened

  • Digital products, eBooks, or downloads

  • Sale items or clearance items

  • Gift cards

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest method is:

  1. Start a return for the item you have

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the product you want

Exchanges are processed as new orders to avoid delays.


8. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 10 business days
