I bought my Pro35 a few months ago and have been using it regularly ever since. Before this, I was relying on an Oreck Orbiter for all my agitation work — but that feels like ancient history now. The Pro35 is on a completely different level. It’s a top-tier machine and I honestly wouldn’t want to work without it. Easy to move around and built like a tank. Picked up the brown brushes and used em for some hard-floor cleaning, and the results were awesome.
I got the L2 sprayer and it works way better than I expected. It sprays smooth and steady, and the wand feels strong, not cheap. The wand is good quality. The upholstery hook up works great. Big thing is it works with batteries I already had on hand and lasts. Tired of those cheap battery sprayers that die after 20 minutes. Overall love it.
Just received the SM421AC, and it looks fantastic! It’s really powerful. I used it to clean the backyard floor. Initially, I used the Black Burnishing Pad, but later realized that a brush works better on the concrete surface. Next, I plan to use it to wax the house floors. I hope it works just as well.
I ordered two mop frames and received the package within the expected shipping timeframe. Unfortunately, one of the frames arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service, and they responded right away—very professional and helpful. They quickly arranged for a replacement, which arrived just a few days later. While the initial issue was disappointing, the prompt and efficient customer service made all the difference. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the company and would feel confident ordering from them again.
This is the best cleaning product I have ever used. Many others products I have used leave a film or build up and there were not cheap products.. not Lamanator Plus. I use a lot of there products from cleaners to mop and mop cloths. I love them all.
The complete home kit allowed me to finally get my laminate wood floor clean and it now looks better than its original condition. The instructions were clear and helpful. The products worked better than expected! Absolutely thrilled with how my floor turned out. It is worth putting in the time and effort to restore your flooring!
