At JKE USA, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with complete transparency about shipping costs and timelines. Below is our full Shipping Policy for customers within the United States and internationally.

1. Free Shipping Eligibility

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of
$75 or more delivered to the Continental United States (48 states).

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your cart meets the minimum order value.

2. Flat-Rate Shipping for Orders Under $75

For orders shipping within the Continental U.S. that do not meet the free-shipping threshold, a flat rate of $14.95 will be applied at checkout.

This flat rate covers packaging, handling, and standard ground delivery.

3. Shipping Outside the Continental United States

Shipping rates for the following destinations are not included in our free or flat-rate program:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

For these regions, shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carrier at checkout based on package weight, destination, and service level.

4. Order Processing Times

We know fast delivery matters. That’s why:

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day

  • High-volume periods may delay fulfillment slightly, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible

If any unexpected delay affects your order, we will notify you promptly.

5. Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • The carrier used

  • A link to track your package in real time

Tracking may take a few hours to update after the label is created.

6. Carriers We Use

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • DHL (for some international shipments)

Carrier selection is automatically determined based on delivery location, package size, and transit speed.

7. Delivery Times

Standard delivery to the Continental U.S. typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days (depending on location)

Shipments outside the Continental U.S. may take longer depending on carrier availability and customs (for international orders).

8. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
JKE USA is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Carrier-related delays once the package is in transit
