What is the difference between the F25 ACE and F25 ALT?
The F25 ACE includes app connectivity and the DirTect™ Smart Sensor, which adjusts suction and water flow automatically. The F25 ALT offers the same core wet-and-dry cleaning and self-cleaning dock but does not include app features or the smart sensor.
Can it pick up both dry debris and liquid spills?
Yes. The F25 series is designed as a true wet-and-dry floor cleaner, able to remove dust and debris while also vacuuming up liquid spills in one step.
Does it clean along walls and under furniture?

How does the self-cleaning dock work?

Is this safe for all hard floors?
Yes. The F25 ACE and F25 ALT are ideal for hardwood, tile, stone, vinyl, laminate, and other sealed hard floors. They are not designed for carpet or area rugs.
What routine maintenance is required?
Empty and rinse the dirty-water tank, refill the clean-water tank as needed, clean the filter occasionally, and run self-cleaning after each use. This keeps performance strong and helps extend component life.
