Renovator Technology

The TM4 features patented Renovator attachments—stainless steel catch trays mounted at the front and rear of the machine. As the counter-rotating brushes agitate the carpet fibers, the Renovators capture and remove dry soil, debris, and compound particulates from deep within the pile. This process significantly outperforms traditional vacuuming and helps prevent abrasive particles from remaining in the carpet.

Because dry soil often accounts for 75–80% of the overall soil load in carpet, and is the primary cause of premature wear in traffic lanes, effective dry soil removal is critical.
